Financial + Retirement

401(K)

Healthmine’s 401(k) retirement plan is administered through Fidelity and includes Safe Harbor Match and 100% vesting for all salary deferral, match, and rollover contributions.

401(K) matching

Healthmine’s 401(k) matching formula is as follows: 100% up to 3% and 50% on the next 2% of gross compensation (i.e., 4% match when you contribute 5%). You are 100% vested in matched contributions.

Company equity

Healthmine offers stock options, including vesting over a four-year period.

Performance bonus

Qualified employees receive performance bonuses based on company and individual performance. We also occasionally give additional stock options to employees and cost of living increases.

Child Care + Parental Leave

Adoption Assistance

All eligible employees will receive 12 weeks of paid parental leave immediately following the adoption of a child less than 5 years old.

Generous parental leave

Health Insurance + Wellness

Dental insurance

Healthmine offers two dental plan options, one PPO and one smaller network plan with additional benefits. Both plans cover 100% of preventive services, including cleanings and x-rays.

Disability insurance

Healthmine covers 100% of Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) premiums. STD benefit is 60% of employees' weekly salary and LTD benefit is 60% of employees' annual salary.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Healthmine offers an optional Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for employees to contribute up to $2,850 (in 2022) pre-tax.

Health insurance

Healthmine offers three BCBS medical insurance plans, including a high deductible Health Savings Account (HSA) option.

Life insurance

Healthmine has an employer paid life and AD&D insurance plan, as well as a voluntary plan for additional coverage.

Healthmine’s vision insurance plan includes an annual exam for a small $10 copay, as well as a $120 frame (every 2 years) and contacts (ever year) allowance.
