Role Summary:
inKind is looking for a Paralegal to support our growing legal and business needs. You will perform various duties and tasks that directly support inKind's legal, finance, and executive teams including conducting relevant research, drafting/reviewing contracts and other documents, and maintaining files. This role is expected to possess a sound work ethic and commitment to confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Perform searches on potential new inKind partners to gather, organize and prepare various files and documents
- Prepare contracts and reports for new and existing inKind partners
- Coordinate the delivery and receipt of important legal documents
- Assist in the enforcement of our contracts
- Organize and maintain documents and files to assist Legal, Finance, and Executive teams in decision making
- Keep track of changes in legal framework and provide timely updates on these changes
- Facilitate communication with outside counsel as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Certification or Associate's degree in paralegal studies
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a paralegal role
- Experience in preparing legal reports
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Fluency with indexes, templating, file management, and document management systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a paralegal role
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business, communications, or legal studies
Work Environment:
- The candidate in this position will be primarily located in an office environment and be exposed to lighting, temperature, and noise level conditions typical of that environment
- This position is primarily in-person, with an expectation of in-person work at the physical office location in Austin, Texas

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 DOE
