About the Role:
The CrowdStrike Media Studio creates various forms of content, ranging from docs and broadcast spots to digital videos, podcasts, event assets and more. CSMS collaborates with CrowdStrikers to produce branded content that aligns with CRWD quarterly and annual marketing goals. CSMS also develops original content for distribution through various platforms, aiming to entertain, inform, or educate audiences as to what CrowdStrike culture means and how it's celebrated globally. Additionally, they offer services such as production, post-production, and content strategy to CRWD global marketing.
What You'll Do:
- As our Lead Video Editor you will be a key member of the CrowdStrike Media Studio team, assisting with editing and post-production work
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content
- Assisting with project research and development
- Working with closely with Brand Team to execute marketing wide requests.
- Incorporate feedback from key stakeholders and make revisions and improvements to rough cuts
- Stay up to date with the latest video editing techniques, software, AI advancements, and industry trends to enhance production quality and efficiency
What You'll Need:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize assignments
- organized, out-of-the-box thinker and problem-solver
- Knowledge of licensing, creative/media research, synchronization and master use rights
- Project management - holistic view of all creative assets
- Proficiency in the Adobe Suite
Bonus Points:
- Basic understanding of tech industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
- Experience directing voice talent and running voice over sessions.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $80,000 - $135,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
