What you’ll be doing:

As our Analytics Manager, you’ll be working to further define and develop the deep analytical insights that our customer’s need to strengthen their success with their customers and to see the ROI of our platform. You will leverage a wide variety of quantitative and qualitative methodologies and tools to participate in research design, data collection, report generation, and the translation of research results into actionable insights. In the end, we’ll rely on you to:
  • Manage analytics projects from scope to completion
  • Prepare the quantitative and qualitative research reports that guide our client’s communications and marketing strategies
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and internal teams to develop research project timelines
  • Collaborate with our team to develop research capabilities and efficiencies
  • Create descriptive and insightful data visualizations both for documented delivery and within our platform
  • Provide intel on the marketing analytics industry, including new technologies, methodologies and players
  • Stay informed about customer industries including their technologies, products and target markets

Who you are:

Data is your lifeblood. You’re passionate about uncovering and delivering insights that move the needle. You have impeccable relationship skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that you work with.  We also look for:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in research or analytics role
  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, business, marketing, applied mathematics, statistics, or computer sciences
  • Strong story-telling and presentation skills, solid analytical bent to turn data into insights
  • Familiarity with these platforms is required: Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. Experience with additional analytics software is a bonus (KissMetrics, MixPanel, etc.)
  • Familiarity with these platforms is highly recommended: Salesforce, Marketo and Eloqua
  • Experience with data visualization libraries is also a bonus (D3.js, Highcharts.js, etc.)
  • Competence with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Well-developed writing skills
  • Experience with statistical tools a bonus, SAS and/or SPSS
  • Ability to lead all client project discovery, scoping and objectives, including identifying and determining project outcomes, critical success pathways, methodology, and appropriate parameters and pricing.
  • Interface with all areas affected by the project including customers, customer success teams, sales teams and product teams.
