Today, Inc released their annual ranking of the 5000 fastest-growing private companies in America.
Noonday Collection, the jewelry and accessories company, was listed as Austin’s fastest growing company, and the 45th fastest growing company nationally. The company boasts an 5,512 percent growth rate over the last three years, with last year’s revenue above $11.8 million. In that time period the company has grown from just 4 employees to employ 44.
Other Austin standouts included OutboundEngine, which took the number 136th spot with 2,774 percent growth, and iTexico the number 188 spot with 2,231 percent growth.
Well known tech companies like Main Street Hub (219), Phunware (522) and Q1Media (577) were also prominently featured on the list.
The fastest growing company in the United States was Costa Mesa-based Ultra Mobile. Founded in 2011, the company had a 100,849 percent rise in sales to $118 million from 2011 to 2014.
