The Head of Field & Partner Marketing will report to the VP of Marketing and will manage a dynamic team of four marketers composed of two Field & Partner Marketing Managers, one ISV Partner Marketing Manager, and one Partner Recruit Marketing Manager. This team is strategically positioned across the US and Europe, and is pivotal in driving our partnership and field marketing initiatives. You will work closely with different key stakeholders such as:

• Channel team leaders, channel managers, and key MSP, ISV, and reseller partners
• Regional sales leaders, account executives, and customer success team members
• Creative designers, content copywriters, event manager, paid media specialists, and others on the marketing team.

• possesses extensive experience in both field marketing and partner marketing, ideally within the tech or software sectors.
• has successfully developed and executed marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance partner relationships.
• demonstrates a proven track record in managing marketing campaigns and initiatives that engage partners and drive revenue.
• is adept at working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and external partners, to deliver impactful marketing programs.
• exhibits strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, manage, and mentor a geographically dispersed virtual team.
• understands the complexities of different market dynamics across the US and European regions and can tailor / adapt strategies accordingly.

• has hands-on experience planning and executing field marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and seminars, tailored to specific regional audiences.

• can analyze data and present it in a way that helps people understand the impact that the Field & Partner marketing team is having on the business

I have

• a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• a minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing with 5+ years of marketing experience working with a partner network, including MSPs, ISVs, VARs, and more.
• a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role focused on partner marketing.
• proven success in creating localized field marketing campaigns that resonate with targeted audiences in specific geographical areas.
• a proven track record of creating and delivering successful marketing campaigns that drive leads, sales pipeline, and revenue
• experience with CRM, marketing automation tools, and partner relationship management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Allbound)

• ability to embrace a dynamic and challenging MarTech environment. Not afraid to create new tracking processes, challenge the status quo that allows data accuracy and visibility to demonstrate the performance of the partner marketing team
• the ability to travel as needed to meet with teams, attend events, and engage with partners; a desire and ability to travel internationally a few times per year.

• business level fluency in English

• legal authorization to work in the region without sponsorship

Preferred, but not required

• Experience in the IT asset management or cybersecurity fields.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented tech company.
• Multilingual abilities: In addition to being fluent in English, you speak Spanish, Portuguese, French or German.
